Tactical Athlete Program (phase 3)
In Phase 1 and 2 we focused on building strong foundations, enabling you to get fitter, faster, stronger and have the endurance to go longer. In phase 3 we are moving into the Tactical phase of the program. The difference between being an athlete and a tactical athlete, is the tactical athlete's ability to perform under load in austere and high stress environments.
The focus of phase 3 of our Tactical Athlete Program is aimed at the physical skill sets needed to walk onto target under load, to hit the target hard and fast like a sledgehammer, and to walk back to the extraction point. Catering to the full strength and conditioning needs of the Tactical Athlete, we have programmed his cycle to take into consideration time, simplicity and a no compromise approach to results.
